Unlined, Taped seams, Stand up collar with concealed hood, Covered zippered pockets, Dropped tail hem with shockcord drawstring and Elasticized/VelcroŽ cuffs. Outer storm flap with VelcroŽ closures. Matching pant style 9161, The Thunder Pant also offered.
